Police arrested 26-year-old Kevin Richardson around 11:30 last night. He's accused of stealing cd's and dvd's from the Wal-Mart on Schillinger Road in West Mobile. After his arrest, police searched Ricahrdson's vehicle, where they say they found pornographic pictures of a juvenile female.
Richardson is charged with theft and possession of child pornography. He was released after posting $4,000 bail.
