A University of Florida student is out of jail, less than 24 hours after he was tasered and arrested during a question-and-answer session with U.S. Senator John Kerry. Andrew Meyer was ordered this morning to be released on his own recognizance.During yesterday's Q&A session, Meyer repeatedly tried to ask Senator Kerry about the 2004 presidential election and whether he and President Bush were both members of the Skull and Bones society at Yale.
As two officers grabbed his arms to pull him away from the microphone, Kerry is heard saying, "that's all right, let me answer his question." Audience members applaud and Meyer struggles to escape as officers try to remove him from the room.
After trying to break away, Meyer is forced to the ground and cries out, "Don't Tase me, bro," just before he is tasered. He is then led from the room, screaming, "What did I do?"
"He had used his allotted time. His microphone was cut off, then he became upset," said University spokesman Steve Orlando.
Police have asked the State Attorney's Office to persue felony charges including resisting arrest with violence.

Kerry wouldn’t answer the questions because he couldn’t. It wasn’t in pre-planned Q&A;. He is just as shallow as anyone who believes Bush lied. The lies fall squarely upon the laps of the misleading liberals. Facts are facts! Deal with it the best way you can.
GOD BLESS AMERICA THE TROOPS AND PRESIDENT BUSH!!!!!!!!!
