70-year-old Robert Young was convicted of sodomizing a child in May of 1994. When he got out of jail two years later, he registered his address with Saraland Police. But he moved several times since then and never registered his new addresses as required by the Community Notification Act.
Deputies arrested Young this afternoon after finding out he was living in Grand Bay. Young's bond was set at $3,000.
