RENO, Nev. (AP) - Dozens of teens being stopped by the cops aren't getting tickets. They're getting rewards. Police in Reno,
Nevada, are trying a little positive reinforcement in their enforcement of mandatory seatbelt laws.

Officers gave 80 teen drivers free music download cards as a reward for their seatbelt use. But police also issued 32 citations to teens during stepped up
enforcement around area high schools over the last couple of weeks.

The tickets carry fines up to $115. The campaign was part of the National Teen Driver Safety Weeks.
