TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Authorities say one girl is in custody
and another is recovering following a stabbing inside Holt High
School.
An 18-year-old girl suffered wounds to her head and back in the
attack this morning. She was taken to a hospital for observation,
and she is expected to recover.
Tuscaloosa County Sheriff Ted Sexton says the attacker used a
steak knife in the assault. Sexton says the suspect will be charged
with two counts of felony assault.
