And to all the people writing in and telling me and everyone else to “SHUT UP”.........HELLO that’s why the comment board is here, for us to voice our concerns and discuss the situation. If you don’t like it then don’t get on here and look at it. It’s as simple as that. No one has twisted your arm and made you. You made the decision yourself to get on here and see what is being written.

You know, anouther thing that bothers me the in this situation is that the child was sneaky enough to steal a gun from his father, but yet when he gets caught, he says that he was just “showing it off at school” did it not cross anyone’s mind that if he’ll steal why won’t he lie? If he had bad intentions when bringing the gun to school, do you just think he would admit to that, considering the fact that he had already stole a gun and got caught. He knew as soon as he got caught he was gona be in a worl of trouble. The judge will just have to be presented with all the facts and decide on the kid’s future. But I think if this were my child, I would dig a little deeper and not be so quick as to brush it off as just a boyish act.

I am sure with Judge’s like Charles Gradrick this kid will be just fine.  He is the “Criminal’s Judge” looking out for all the bad guys.

SumOneILove, yeah it seems like some folks look for excuses and others look for solutions.  I don’t think this kid just woke up one morning and decided it would be a great day to take a gun to school.  He had to know that a gun was available at his dad’s house and he had to know that his dad would not miss the gun anytime soon.  He then had to sneak the thing out of his dad’s house, take it to his mom’s house and then carry the blasted thing to school.

Was everyone just so wrapped up in their own lives that they didn’t notice the changes in this kid?  Has he been sending out messages and no one has been listening?  I don’t know, but now he crossed a line that got him into deep chit.  I hope he learns something from that......

babmbob- I guess we are dealing with it… I looks like to me that the authorities did step in and DEAL with it.  I am not taking up for the child, he done wrong.  I know that just as much as everyone else.  What if it was your child that had done something like this.  What would you have done?  What would you be thinking of if there was some miscommunications that were wrong?

You are exactly right.  Children should not has access to guns.  But this is America.  Everyone has access to guns.

SumOneILove - You have your freedom of speech just like i have mine.

No one was hurt or killed so shut up??!!!  GEEZ… So in order for us to voice our concerns or opinions someone has to die?????? I dont think so!  You stand by him and give him all the support he needs!!! Great idea…

tbreland - I suggest you and the family turn off your computers and your TVs, if you can’t deal with the truth!

Some of us do not like this type of thing happening over and over again.  We want it stopped and if the parents can’t stop it then authorities will have to step in and see that it is done.

Kids can not take guns to schools!  Kids should not have access to guns, period!  Are you not getting the message?
