The Red Cross is offering assistance to victims of overnight and morning flooding in Mobile County. Red Cross spokesperson Elizabeth Saunders says anyone in Mobile County who needs help due to flooding should call 251.436.7928.

The Red Cross is opening an emergency shelter at Revelation Baptist Church (1711 Taylor Lane). It will open at 2:00 p.m. for any flood victims.
Below is a list of items the Red Cross recommends you bring with you:
- Prescription medications and medical supplies
- Bedding and clothing, including sleeping bags and pillows
- Bottled water, battery-operated radio and extra batteries
- First aid kid
- Flashlight

Pets are NOT allowed at the shelter.
