Oil prices dropped, but gasoline prices have jumped even higher. Pumped Up Prices

Overnight, the price of gasoline has gone up an average of three cents a gallon.
Mobile - $3.06 a gallon.
Biloxi - $3.07
Pensacola - $3.12
Prices are accroding to AAA's Fuel Guage Report.

I payed 3.12 at the Shell infront of South, tuesday. Then yesterday in the newspaper, I saw that the all-time high in Mobile was 3.09 and that we have not yet reached that point....and now this.

is something wrong here?
