A majority of people in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach voted down a property tax increase to help fund a separate school system.

For - 586 (28%)

Against - 1,482 (72%) 

Property Tax Referendum Gulf Shores

For - 767 (32%)

Against - 1,611 (68%)
