A Prichard homeowner assisted police in catching two burglars Sunday. It all happened just before 4:30pm at 208 Dunlap Circle. Police got a call about a burglary in progress and when they arrived they found the suspects being held at gunpoint by the homeowner. 18 year old Austin Boykin and a 17 year old relative of Boykin's were arrested. Over $14,000 in copper and other electronics had been taken but were recovered at the scene. The suspects also did $2,000 in damage to the property.
