Darryl Miller had brought his girlfriend to the Wachovia Bank on Mobile Highway in Pensacola. Armed with a 3-foot-long stick of some kind, he pinned the woman to the outside wall and was forcing her to withdraw money from her account out of the bank’s ATM. For some reason the ATM wasn’t working, so Miller started banging on the bank’s door. A female employee came to the door to see what was going on, and Miller jumped on her and starting hitting her. The girlfriend and the teller were both able to escape. Miller ran off as well. The sheriff’s department says that a deputy happened to be driving nearby, and he stopped Miller near Dellview Elementary School. Miller got into a physical fight, tackling the deputy. The responding deputy was a K9 Unit, and he pressed a remote to release his K9 partner from his squad car. The dog and deputy team was able to tame Miller, although he continued to resist arrest. Deputies also found that Miller was carrying a knife. He continued to fight even as paramedics arrived to treat him for injuries he received from the dog. Miller now faces several charges including aggravated assault, battery, domestic violence, resisting arrest with violence, kidnapping, and drug possession among other charges. Another interesting turn; the sheriff’s office says Miller could be facing additional charges because a pregnant woman inside the bank went into labor during the ordeal.

This girl does need to leave this situation or she will be like that poor woman and her son in Semmes.

i hope that the girlfriend will let this be a wake-up call and remove herself from what seems to be a very violent relationship.this animal needs to remain in jail,he is a danger to the general public. There was a reason why the atm machine did not work, and the malfunction quite possibly saved the girlfriend from further harm or worse.the fool was caught in the act.

I hope that dog tore him up!  You should never become physical with a woman!
