Dawn Donnelly says for years, residents living in the Montlimar Apartments on Azaela road have been tossing their household trash into her backyard.
She says on any given week, she can find beer bottles, baby diapers, fast food containers and household furniture.
Donnelly says if she cleans it up, more trash takes its place the next day.
"I've tried to throw stuff back, but it doesn't do any good. They just throw it back over. They think ok, this is war or whatever and they throw it back over," said Dawn Donnelly of Mobile.
Patsy Williams is the manager of the Montlimar Apartments.
She told News Five she's aware of the problem and has asked residents not to throw trash onto Donnelly's property or face eviction.
