A man police say tried to rob a house with his cousin is now charged with his cousin's murder.
Mobile Police say Allen Davis and his cousin, Joshua Walker, forced their way into a home on Glenn Avenue Saturday morning. At least one of them was armed with a gun. The man who lives there was home when Davis & Walker broke in. There was a struggle, and Walker was shot in the chest. Police say Davis dropped Walker off at Mobile Infirmary where he later died. In addition to the murder charges, Davis is also charged with burglary.

these people that are committing home invasions should realize it is not a smart move to do this, home owners are getting prepared to protect themselves at whatever costs. i feel that he should be charged with his cousin’s murder, they should have been doing something productive with their time instead of robbing folks.
