The robbery also led to the lock down of a school.
Police arrested 20 year old Daveron King, 21 year old Daryl Davis and 22 year old Timothy King for the robbery of the Navigator Credit Union on Airport Boulevard near I-65 Friday afternoon.
All three men have been charged with first degree robbery.
Police say about 1 pm, two of the men entered the bank with guns and their faces covered, demanded money, and then left.
They say a third man drove the getaway car.
Police say that led to a manhunt that lasted 30 to 45 minutes.
Police say two of the men were found at a house in the 6900 Block of Pope in Theodore, and further investigation led them to the third person.
After the robbery happened, police say Burroughs Elementary on Burroughs Lane in Theodore was locked down.
Principal Julia Nelson said one of her staff members had already told her about seeing police in the neighborhood.
Nelson said, "We had policemen all over the place and they weren't sure what had happened. It was at that time that I ordered a lock down. About 15 minutes later, I received a call form the sheriffs office telling me to please hold my buses, not to let the buses go, that they were in pursuit of someone or some people."
Burroughs Elementary came out of lockdown just before the school day ended.
