A couple McDonald's customers aren't lovin' it after two masked gunmen attack them in the restraunt's drive-thru.
The armed robbery happened around 6pm Tuesday at the McDonald's at 3116 Dauphin Island Parkway.
Jennifer Foster, 21, and Sabrina Payne, 21, were just about to order food when the gunmen approached their car demanding money.
"It was terrible," said Payne, who says the attackers pointed a gun at Foster first. "Everything we got is what he kept saying, give us everything we got," said Payne.
With their window already rolled down and a wallet in her lap, Foster had no choice but to hand over her cash. Payne says the gunmen then fled on foot toward B.C. Rain High School.
"We pushed the gas, went around the building, and we seen him standing right at the edge of DIP and then ran across the road," said Payne.
Payne and Foster say the men were wearing hoods and at least one of the attackers was wearing a dark bandana over his face. They are hoping a surveillance camera in the parking lot will give police a better description.
John Young, a MPD spokesman, says investigators are looking for two young, black males. The first suspect is 5'10" with a medium complexion and skinny build. Young says he was wearing a dark colored hoody, which may have had some type of art or design on the back, and a red and blue bandana. The attacker was armed with a black semi-automatic pistol.
The second suspect is believed to be 5'5", skinny build with a light complexion. Police say he was wearing a yellow or white hoody with some type of small designs. The second suspect was armed with a silver semi-automatic pistol.
Payne says workers at McDonalds told her they have had problems with people loittering in the parking lot. A McDonald's supervisor, who has watched the surveillance tape, says he did see two suspicious men around the same time the attack happened.
