A warrant was issued for Summar Marousky’s arrest earlier this week. According to investigators she was driving the wrong way on Highway 59 near Gulf Shores when she crashed nearly head on into Baldwin County Deputy Andy Ashton. He remains hospitalized in serious condition but is showing signs of improvement.
District Attorney Judy Newcomb said her office was in negotiations to have Marousky turn herself in when she unexpectedly left a Florida hospital early Thursday morning.
Marousky reported to the Baldwin County Sheriff’s office around 8:30 this morning. A bond hearing could be held as early as this afternoon.

Where does everyone find that she was DWI ?? I have read all the articles on this wreck, and have not found even 1 that states she was drunk. All i found is that she was on the wrong side of the road.Is everyone just assuming that she was drunk, because she was on the wrong side of the road, or am I missing something???
