Omaha, NE - A repeat drunk driver being held at the police station kept drinking--except this time he took a swig of correction fluid that was sitting on a tech's desk.

Police surveillance tape shows 33-year-old Juan Briceno taking a drink of Wite-Out. When he opens his mouth, his tongue is chalky white. His blood alcohol level, despite the glug: .287, or three-and-a-half times the legal limit.

A jury found Briceno guilty of driving while intoxicated. Prosecutors say the drink that Briceno snuck at the police station didn't affect his blood alcohol level. He'll be sentenced in October.

If you watch the video, he drank it in small sips too, almost like HE LIKED IT! HAHAHA, what a moron!

I guess wite-out doesn’t erase everything.  Maybe he could use the white out more effectively on his sentence.  Who knows, it could’t hurt.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

I don’t think he drank the BIC Brand “Wite-Out” to beat the DUI, I think he drank it because his BAC was .287, which is really really high!

A man that weighs 130 pounds would have to drink 10 beers in a hour to achieve that BAC.
