Mobile Police say around three o'clock Monday morning, they went to Mango's Nightclub on Spring Hill Avenue.
After further investigation they discovered two men: Ashland Brown and Johnathan Thomas got into a fight inside.
Officers say Thomas shot Brown after getting stabbed.
Brown's brother then got involved and then police say Thomas shot him too as well as two bystanders.
Janice Cleveland said she heard all the commotion from her house around the corner.
"I knew it was shooting because of the sound. You know fire crackers from gunfire. And those we're some pretty nice guns they had to have," said nearby neighbor Janice Cleveland.
Brown died at the hospital.
His brother, Quinton Beasley as well as the two bystanders were treated and released.
Thomas is still at USA Medical Center in good condition.
No arrests have been made, however, police say the investigation is on going.
