"The couple are incredibly overjoyed," the rep said.
This is Presley's first child with husband Michael Lockwood, the 46-year-old guitarist and music producer she married in January 2006.
Presley, 40, has two children, daughter Riley, 18, and son Benjamin, 15, with ex-husband Danny Keough.
After Keough and before Lockwood, the singer was married to Michael Jackson and Nicolas Cage.
Images of a heavier Presley were captured by a paparazzo last weekend at The Grove farmer's market in Los Angeles.
