I think he done the right thing, I think he knows he is guilty and that is why he resigned. The facts are facts, he got caught and now he’s trying to take the easy way out. Mr. Tyson please don’t stop your investigation. Please hold him accountable and punish him to the fullest. I think he or any other person (s) should get more time because they are supposed to uphold the law they lay down…SO PLEASE SOCK IT TO HIM ! ! !

I am glad Thomas resigned as the bad news was only coming with more frequency and intensity.  I believe the deafening silence from some community leaders was because they felt that the accusations were true and would be proven so.  How this type of activity had gone on for so long without the authorities doing something about it is itself a serious lapse in our local judicial system.

I agree, if he was not guilty why did he resign? I personnally think he should be held responsible for his actions. This is one of the most prejudice judges I have ever came across. I have a case that went in front of him and was a first time offender and he slammed the book on me. But yet you have sex offenders who he let out time and time again. It makes no since at all. I think it is pretty crappy that he just gets to resign and everything is dropped. So, that is pretty much saying any judge could do what they want as long as the resign before it goes in front of another court. How CRAPPY is that for you? HOLD HIM ACCOUNTABLE!

now his cousin should follow suit and resign…give us all a break!

If he was not guilty then why resign? IMO, he took the easy way out.
