In December 2004 a trailer was pulled onto property off Pine Forest Road in Pensacola. "I heard they found a body down there," remembers Robert Reynolds.
Inside police found human remains. "The body was almost completely decomposed nothing that would lead to an identity such as a wallet or identification bracelet," says Sheriff's Investigator Chris Baggett.
Robert Reynolds lives in the area where the body was found, "I didn't know if it was Caucasian or what he was there wasn't much left of him I did hear that."
Investigators have had little to go on, until now. "Forensic artist took digital photographs using the skull and rendered an artist sketch of what the victim looked like. We're hoping that someone in the area will recognize this person missing loved one or law enforcement may be looking for this particular person."
The trailer has long since gone but the mystery remains a mystery police hope the public will be able to help them solve.
"I think that's great what they can do with it it amazes me the way they can do it," says Reynolds.
The body that was the talk of the neighborhood almost four years ago now has a face and investigators may be one step closer to finding out who the mystery man is.
Investigators have entered the man's dental and DNA records into a national data base to try and find out who he may be but their best hope of answering that question is if someone recognizes him and gives them a call.
