Foley Murder Update

A man wanted in connection to a murder investigation in Baldwin County has been arrested in Florida.

Labarron McDonald was arrested late last night in Milton. Police say he's the man who killed Marlon Phipps Sunday night in Foley.

Phipps was shot to death in his SUV outside a housing complex in the Aaronville Community.

McDonald is charged with capital murder in connection with the case.
