According to the Escambia County Sheriff's Department, check fraud cost the U.S. 650 billion dollars last year. Sgt. Paul Soulier with the Mobile Police Department and Sgt. John Tindell with the Escambia County Sheriff's Department share some of their tips on how to protect yourself from becoming one of the thousands of victims of check fraud. And, local businessman Scott Koser also shares what he has learned from dealing with check fraud first hand.
