Escape Charges Dropped Against Eddie Smith

I would like to see the Attorney General look into this case. That fact that he is getting out of jail and getting off on the escape charges tells me that something is going on here.... He gets off on a felony? He is a crook and a cheat.... always has been always will be

Carl .... He got into a argument with the guy that was trying to repo a boat he never paid for........and Eddie pulled a gun on him while chasing him down the road ..... then he paid someone to go and steal the boat back ..... He also bilked people out of money with that TOPCAT Insurance adjusters .... He was placed on house arrest for all of this and is being sued for the TOPCAT adjusters..... He fled after they told him he was going to jail for cutting off the ankle monitor the first time to go hunting in TX..... Then again when he was about to go to jail ... this time he fled to south america ..... So yes he is getting away with alot .....

Another case of release of selected information to the public.No names of who did what or what was did to cause house arrest.The information should have stated who dropped the charges and what the charges were to begin with.

Eddie Smith will face federal charges if he gets caught again with a firearm? It seems to me that anybody else would have faced federal charges as soon as they fled the state, never mind the country as he did. Then, the local sheriff is the one who has to travel to central america to fetch him. After all of that the charges are dropped?
This all reminds me of a dish I once had in a chinese restaurant called
SUM TIN WONG.

I am sure that he will never touch a gun again................. Give him a couple of months until hunting season starts again............ This is a great injustice .............. What does this say about the justice system here in Mobile when they will let someone off this easy............ Must have been a Huntin Buddy of Tyson.

Just to let everyone know, Eddie Smith was on the LOOSE last knight and Busted in @ the Mansion!!! The neighbor said he yanked up the NO TRESSPASSING SIGNS like a GORILLA !!! He did not have the Wheel Chair that he rolled into court in. “He was running around like a madman. The Sherriff was called and since Eddie did not have a Key to the house and only a forged deed he was asked to leave !!! The good question is why was he not arrested for TRESSPASSING, BREAKING & ENTERING AND DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY ???? Evan Wolfe, The Owner of the Home @ Was not allowed to sign a warrent.
EDDIE Should leave mobile and head straight to Hollywood !!he should get some kind of award for the brilliant role he played for the court whelling in on a wheelchair for the jurry and then Walking out of the metro jail !!! What a con job!
