48-year-old Jimmy Cash apparently had too much to drink at the December 23rd party in Escambia County, Florida. When family members asked him not to drive home, Marshals say Cash got into a fight with one relative, then strangled a female family member who tried to break up the fight.
But he didn't stop there. Marshals say Cash then kicked in a back door and punched out the windshield of another car. The 6-year-old daughter of the woman he allegedly strangled was sitting in the back seat. When the woman tried to stop Cash from tearing up her car, Cash grabbed her by the throat and threw her to the ground.
Marshals arrested Cash at his home on Upper Creek Road. He faces a laundry list of charges , including domestic battery, battery on a peron 65 years or older and child abuse.
