A bill (HB 744) passed the Alabama House on Wednesday.
That bill would make it legal for the county to perform minimum maintenance on private roads with 9-1-1 addresses.
The legislation was introduced by Representative Spencer Collier after complaints from people in the Grand Farms subdivision.
Emergency vehicles won't even turn into that neighborhood because of the giant potholes.
The dirt road bill now goes to the Senate for a vote.

Oh YA I knew it would pass the house now we have to work on the senate. All i have to say is Mike Dean will have to do it now if it passes the senate. We dont need him now.
