A man who ran a daycare out of his home was back in a Mobile courtroom this morning for his arraignment on sex abuse charges.
Gary Burke was arrested Thursday night. Police say he sexually abused three girls, all under the age of six, at the daycare Burke and his wife ran out of their home on Smith Avenue.
A judge decided not to reduce the bond which was originally set at $22,500 or $7,500 for each count.
Gary and his wife Rosiland voluntarily closed the daycare back in April when the allegations of abuse first surfaced.
His next court appearance is scheduled for November 15th.

I am a mother of two kids, I could never forget about my kids being in the car. They need to lock him up and forget about him. He didnt forget about his other kids. There are to many crimes against kids. Kids are a gift from god to us we swhould not forget them or harm them at all. What kind of parent are you to forget about your kids? That sure dosent say much about you being a parent.

I think that this man is sick personally. If it were one of my little girls then we would have a real problem on our hands. These little children are so innocent and don’t have a clue whats going on and people like him take away their innocence. I think they need to put him away for a long long time without parole. This issue needs to be stopped!

I think that maybe something happened to you & maybe no ever paid for what they did to you. I know because that same thing has happened to me. How do you know that this little girl did not have something happen to her at her house? or a babysitter? I also put blame on someone else because I was scared to death of what the “real” molester would do to my family!! And when you are that little that can happen. There is no way you can convince me that a 40+ yr old man is going to just start doing things like that!!!!! I have read your other comments in other places on this site. “aneye4aneye” come on YOU FIND EVERONE GUILT FROM THE VERY START!!!!
