On Tuesday, a judge denied Crocker bond and called him a flight risk. The following day, Crocker's attorney convinced a new judge, Circuit Court Judge Joseph Johnston, to grant his client a $100,000 bond. Late this evening, Crocker came up with the cash and walked out of Mobile's Metro Jail.
Crocker is charged with taking more than $200,000 from his business Vulcan Industrial Services. He is also a suspect in the murder of his co-worker Stephen Perret. No charges have been filed in that case.
Crocker will be back in court December.
