"She always had funny stories about her boys," says Travis Stone, with Prudential Nichols Real Estate. "She was always keeping tabs on them, she was like a Super Mom and a Super Agent. We'll miss her."
Carter's life was cut short last Friday when an 18-wheeler slammed into her car. Carter's parents were also killed in the crash. Her parents were visiting Baldwin County from Maine to see their grandchildren's confirmation at a local Catholic church. Carter's twin boys are students at Robertsdale High School.
"When something like this happens, we're one big family," says Terry Wilhite, Communications Director for the Baldwin County Board of Education. "We're concerned and we want to offer sympathy and compassion to the family."
Carter's co-workers have set up a family trust fund at Compass Bank. The account number is 33592868. Prudential Real Estate has also set up a website honoring Carter.
