Hillary Clinton says her win in theWest Virginia Democratic presidential primary is an "overwhelming
vote of confidence."
And Clinton, who coasted to victory over Barack Obama, told
supporters in Charleston that she is "more determined than ever"
to carry on the campaign."
Clinton appealed to backers for their financial support to help
her through what she calls "the home stretch." She asked them to
go to her Web site. She also called for the party to make sure that
delegates from Florida and Michigan are seated at the convention.
Those states were sanctioned for moving their primaries ahead of
Super Tuesday.
The New York senator said she's in the race because she believes
she is "the strongest candidate," even though Barack Obama is
closing in on nomination.
Clinton also said she will work our her heart to make sure there
is a Democrat in the White House.
