Yes, but if this officer is going to taser a child who should have been handcuffed in the first place, who’s to say he won’t shoot a pregnant woman?

To protect and serve.  Laugh now but realize one thing.
The laugh is on you when they have to come to the aid of you or your loved ones.
This is a serious ordeal and not to be taken lightly.
No matter how young or old they are, everyone is a potential high risk of injury to themselves and those around them.
Without all the facts we will never know if the child had a mental condition, drugs or whatever.  Either way, kids are now growing up killing other individuals while we set back laugh, complain and point the blame on someone else.
Go ahead laugh.  This is America.  Tha Land where parents are unable to discipline their children any more.

I don’t know how it is in Orange Co but deputies here that carry a taser are not allowed to carry pepper spray. It will cause some kind of reaction if both are used.

I can’t believe he didn’t just handcuff the little brat. A taser on a young child is just brutal, and not proper response to a punch that only “bruised the nasal cavity.” I think she has every right to file an “excessive force” complaint and win.
