A Theodore man says his 4-year-old son could have died when he fell in a septic tank Easter Sunday. He called News 5 looking for help. Billy White says he's been asking his landlord to fix a sewage problem for 8 months now. White says raw sewage has been overflowing in his yard and next door. Now, he's afraid his son could get a handful of diseases, or worse, " luckily there was somebody out here had there not been somebody out here he could have drowned and died right there, that is why I am so upset," said White. We contacted White's landlord; but he says his attorney told him not to comment. The Mobile County Health Department says they ticketed the property owner and gave him 10 days to clean up the raw sewage and fix the system.
