What kind of sane mother would put a car wash wand to a 2 year old? A child, no less. A defenseless child. She is grabbing her and holding her and putting a car wash wand to her face and body!!!!. Is this sane? Is this normal? Is this the right thing to do to a 2 year old???
This woman, a.k.a. mother, is not the least bit bothered by the fact she is abusing her 2 year old child. What does this say? It says she has no conscience. She has no feeling for the child. She would kill a cat or a dog and for a child it getss a dose at a car wash. Where did she ever get the idea? And then to carry it through is just unthinkable. And the other woman who was with her. Not to stop the abuse. She is just as bad.

Is there anyone out there to start a society called: “TAP”. “Toddlers against Parents”.
We need something or some society to help protect these tots against parents who obviously can’t handle their own children...DSS can’t do it all.
