Police had issued a call to the community for help in identifying the woman and the child, but the woman came forward on her own in response to media coverage.
The girl has been examined by a public health nurse and found to have no visible injuries. The girl hasn't been removed from her residence, but that could change as the child abuse detectives with the Orange County Sheriff's Office continue their investigation.
The department is keeping identifying details confidential because it is a child abuse case.
The car was surveillance tape shows the woman getting out of a white Hyundai Elantra and putting money into a pressure washer. Another woman is seen bringing a girl out of the car. As the child tries to get away, one of the women sprays her with the high-pressure hose.
Car wash manager Marlene Diaz says that she called authorities immediately upon seeing what was happening on surveillance video. When she ran out to help the child the car had already left.

Robertsdale Teen Charged With Rape

I can’t believe what I saw on this video! These women should be arrested and charged, then hung by their toes!
