Mobile Police say they're concerned and disappointed after learning that two brothers, charged with robbing a drug store, were out on bond from other crimes.
They say Brandon Carr and Anthomas Carr were arrested for robbing the CVS Pharmacy at 2550 Dauphin Street Sunday night.
However, Mobile Deputy Police Chief James Barber says ,"Both of them were out on bond for felony charges that they're facing trial on."
Police say Brandon Carr was charged with robbing a Wachovia Bank at 350 Water Street last year.
They say Carr is also that awaiting trial in connection with a robbery at the Carmike 10 theaters two years ago.
Police say Anthomas Carr was arrested two months ago for illegally carrying a firearm when police found him in a car in front of a Starbucks Coffeehouse at 3255 Airport Boulevard.
Barber says, "I've been in touch with (Mobile County District Attorney) John Tyson, personally. He and I are going to appear Tuesday at the bond hearing of the Carrs and object to these individuals being released again."
Mobile Police say they also arrested a third man for the robbery at the CVS Pharmacy.
They identify him as Antonio Brown.

They must have had the Criminals Judge Charles Gradrick - You know he is really easy on all these poor criminals that have had a tough life.  Get drunk and hit a police car and almost kill the officer - its ok we will give you youthful offender and you will get probation.  These guys will probally get 6 months if they go to his court room.

Well...these “gentlemen” are obviously learning a lesson here. I am glad to know that our legal system is working so hard to put dangerous criminals right back out on the streets...man am I going to sleep good tonight!
