They say Brandon Carr and Anthomas Carr were arrested for robbing the CVS Pharmacy at 2550 Dauphin Street Sunday night.
However, Mobile Deputy Police Chief James Barber says ,"Both of them were out on bond for felony charges that they're facing trial on."
Police say Brandon Carr was charged with robbing a Wachovia Bank at 350 Water Street last year.
They say Carr is also that awaiting trial in connection with a robbery at the Carmike 10 theaters two years ago.
Police say Anthomas Carr was arrested two months ago for illegally carrying a firearm when police found him in a car in front of a Starbucks Coffeehouse at 3255 Airport Boulevard.
Barber says, "I've been in touch with (Mobile County District Attorney) John Tyson, personally. He and I are going to appear Tuesday at the bond hearing of the Carrs and object to these individuals being released again."
Mobile Police say they also arrested a third man for the robbery at the CVS Pharmacy.
They identify him as Antonio Brown.
