Bond Issued For Woman Charged with Sodomy

A judge has set bond for a woman accused of sexually abusing another woman earlier this week.

41-year-old Carol Porter was in court for the first time on sex abuse charges. She was arrested late Tuesday night on sodomy charges. According to Mobile Police she stands accused of sexually assaulting a woman she knows on Saturday at an apartment complex in Theodore. A judge issued $10,000 bond for Carol Porter on first-degree sodomy charges and $3,000 bond on the first-degree sexual abuse charges. She is scheduled to be back in court on April 15th.
