A woman is in critical condition after the driver of pickup truck reportedly ran her over intentionally in a Walmart parking lot Friday (04/18).

Police in Pembroke Pines, Florida say the driver of the truck repeatedly rammed the woman's mini-van at the superstore.

When the woman tried to get out of her van, the enraged truck driver ran over her and crashed his pickup into the retailer's garden center.

Authorities arrested the truck's driver.

I am waiting to hear what the driver’s excuse is for running over this woman.

Albrecht works for the Mobile County Commision, so who does that leave that is still missing?  I guess that only leaves Drexel Gilbert, because we don’t want to find Scott Hunter. lol

I have heard two different stories on the shakeup of WKRG-tv5 that involved DARWIN,SCOTT and SANDRA. But as the man said believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see. As for poking fun at someone, mel’s a pretty good sport about things and he some times leaves something to grab hold of. For instance ,a while back he and his co-anchor were talking about the space shuttle and mel said the space shuttle was flying thousands of miles above the earth and his female co-host said” at speeds of 8500 mph”. I bet the people at station rubbed that in on both of them. Now if you want a good chuckle ,you should see some of my spelling and punctuation some times when I get in hurry.

Albrecht got canned at WPMI with Drexel and Kim McCrae. He now works for Mobile County.

The guy you are thinking about is Steve Austin and I think he settled that plagiarism lawsuit recently.

welllllll, sandra shaw left tv 5 when they revamped, after her no compete was up she went to work at i think channel 15 but could be mistaken. there was a big shakeup at wpmi when they continually came in last place among the local stations and most of the staff was let go. she ended up on the eastern shore of maryland somewhere. our loss, she was a good reporter, a good community member, and just as cute as a button. i would see her jogging on the bay trail by the grand hotel regurlarly and sure miss seeing her, always smiling, always waving.

albrechcht got tied up in some kind of plagerism mess on a web story at tv 5 and was “Let go” by tv 5 for it. i think he is a spokesman for the escambia county sherrif’s office and is in litigation with tv 5 over being let go.

I wasn’t making fun of anyone.  I just kept reading the article and there was no mention of the location and it wasn’t an AP or Rutgers story so I wondered if the incident happened in this area.

Yeah, what did happen to Sandra Shaw?  And, what happened to all the people that were at the other channel that got the ax overnight and disappeared so quickly?  I know Albrecht is now a PR person for the county, but what about the others?

these stories are often locally written an purcheased by the news outlets hence there isnt really a need to closly identify the location in a story a local reporter is writing, untill they are sent out nationally. there sint anyone to make fun of for being dumb now that scott hunter has left tv5, (And he really wasnt dumb he was just sooooo anoying, always trying to hit on sandra shaw) but thats probably what happened. a funny )Sad) story about these crazy times we live in. and whatever happened to sandra shaw anyway, how did we let her get away form the casoe, she was one of the best.
