According to police, 19-year-old Taquan Tate walked into the bank on April 17, slipped the teller a note, threatening to shoot her if she didn't give him money.

Police signed an arrest warrant for Tate at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday. He was in handcuffs about an hour later. Tate was sitting on the front porch of his home on Dexter Avenue when police arrived.
