According to a police spokesperson, two girls entered the Flowers Food Mart on Hubert Pierce Road. One of the girls was armed with a rifle-type gun. They demanded money from the store's owner and then made their getaway in a black Jeep.
Not too long after the hold-up, an officer spotted the Jeep parked at a house on Bryant Street. He found three girls inside: Jessica Maples, 16; Casey Thomas, 18; and Kaylla Waltman, 20. Officers determined that Maples and Thomas actually entered the store and Waltman was waiting outside to drive the getaway car. All three girls remain in Mobile County Metro Jail on 1st degree robbery charges.

worried123 I joked about this not to be ugly, but because I had a daughter just like them and thank god she went through the school of hard knocks. I will never blame the parents, I am one of them. My daughter had it easy while I did without and she thought she knew It all. Now after doing things the hard way and my never defending her she has totally wrong. She threw me down in my own house and walked the streets. Well she met up with the big dogs and today she appreciated the heck out of me. If your kid ends up in jail at least you don’t have to wonder where they are.
