Is this a place for namecalling and argueing, or to post comments about the poor baby that was left to suffer, beyond our imagination, in a hot car. There is no excuse in this world that the man could come up with. If he had tried to commit suside twice why did the Mother trust him to be a responsible parent? I can only pray to GOD that that poor innocent child did not suffer too long. Anyway she is with Jesus now he will take care of her.

Growandlearn - you’re obviously looking at this from an emotional point of view.  So here’s a situation for you to think about.  What if you trusted him to drop off YOUR kid at the daycare, and then this happened, would you be so understanding?  It’s easy to feel sorry for someone and be forgiving if it doesn’t directly affect you, but try having that sympathy when it happens to you.  I’m not saying HE committed murdered, but this seems to be some sort of trend these days, so who knows when it’s a copycat.  It might be manslaughter though… he was IN CHARGE of her welfare!!!  Suicidal tendencies DO NOT excuse what happened.  You say you are compassionate, where is the compassion for the little girl?

Joey, “might be irresponsible” was actually CONCEDING that it was irresponsible, referencing a previous post. You just read it incorrectly because you’re not intelligent, and obviously have trouble at inferring simple statements, because you take everything literally instead of using CONTEXT clues:) Moron.

The rest of you are simple minded for thinking that every parent that suffers an unfortunate tragedy is a murder. As I said, I know the family, and they are good, hard working people, active in their church, and productive members of society. Also, as I said, the father has tried to commit suicide twice already, and is on watch. But I guess you guys won’t be happy until he ACTUALLY commits suicide, because you are apparently out for blood. Mob mentality doesn’t make you intelligent. Just predictable, stupid, and less compassionate.

He may have been irresponsible, and directly caused his child’s death, but I can tell you that he NEVER would have judged you if you had suffered such misfortune. He would have mourned for you, and prayed for your family. 

But keep on stone casting. In fact, maybe you can all have some sort of stone casting contest. Yay, you all win.

I agree with you that driving while drunk is also stupid.  But the laws say if you kill somebody while driving drunk you go to jail for negligent homicide.  You also spend time in jail if you DON’t kill somebody.  Maybe just a night or two but it’s still something.  Parents won’t be held accountable if the do everything reasonable to protect their child, but they should be held accountable if they don’t.  Therefore your arguments about a kid falling in a pool, etc. is ludicrous, although in certain situations, they should be held accountable there too.  In this case, the father was completely negligent in caring for his baby girl.  Check out this link and tell me if THIS idiot should go to jail…

How can you forget that you’ve put a child in the car with you.  Even if the child is sleeping, are you that stupid.  Come on people, it is murder.

Press murder charges even premeditated murder charges, usually when a parent leaves a child in a vehicle, they know exactly what they have done and they meant to do it.
