Boley is free on bond after being arrested on a charge of battery.
Jail records show the 25-year-old Boley, a fifth-round pick in
2005 out of Southern Mississippi, was arrested early Saturday and
released on $1,200 bond. An officer at the Gwinnett County
Detention Center, who declined to give his name, said Monday he
does not know whether Boley, who lives in Dacula, has an attorney.
Gwinnett County police have not released details about the
arrest.
Falcons spokesman Reggie Roberts would say only, "The Falcons
organization is aware of the situation and will have no comment at
this time."
