2-Year Old Hannah Luong was found off Louisiana waters on Sunday.
For two weeks, the family waited for authorities to find all four.
Today's confirmation brings some kind of closure to this devastated family.
Kam Phengsisomboun is the children's uncle. He says this will help the family with the next steps. "This part right here it's over it's done. I'm happy that they finally identified her. It is Hannah and they don't have no problem releasing the body. I mean I'm happy to hear that. She's (mother) happy because she wants all four babies to be home."
Funeral arrangements for the four children are set for this Saturday at the Bayou La Batre Community Center on Padgett Switch Road.
Private Funeral 8:00am
Public Memorial 9:00am-12:00pm
Thank You Dinner for Rescue Workers 7:00pm

Can Lam Luong Get A Fair Trial?

I been pray every day & night so God could bring little back in time to buried with her brother & sister. God has listen to our prayer and finally we found Hannah. I feel so happy now and that the mother can see all her 4 angels for the last time. I don’t know what else to say to the family, but I will continue to pray for them especially for the mother. Hope she can still have her strength to stand up this saturday to say good-bye to all her 4 angels. God bless the family.
