"pray-in" in New York City.
The civil rights activist has pledged to close down the city
since three police officers were acquitted in the killing of Sean
Bell. The unarmed man died in a barrage of 50 police shots on his
wedding day.
Sharpton says on Wednesday protesters will pray on their knees
at half a dozen places in the city, including police headquarters,
and then fan out to undisclosed spots. A spokeswoman for Sharpton
says wherever they go, "they'll be arrested praying."
Bell's fiancee, Nicole Paultre Bell, plans to participate and
she says she'll take part in any other protest until, in her words,
"justice is done."

He looked toward the future and went from slavery to education, because he knew it to be the only road that would give true freedom. I can almost guarantee you he never told his students that they were biologically different from others and lacked the ability to learn the basic skills.
Rev. Wright’s rant about that topic was appalling and should deeply offend every black man, woman and child living in this country.
