"The rain wasn't just coming down," says Mike Trawick. "It was going around in circles!'
"You could just hear everything hitting the house, it sounded like the roof was about to be blown off," says Ashley Godwin.
"It sounded like a train was right over our house," says Liz Treadway. "So I told everyone to run and get in the bath-tub!'
At least 60 structures in the Molino area were damaged when Sunday's severe weather ripped across the Gulf Coast. Luckily, no one was hurt.
"You can replace all this stuff," says Godwin. "But you can't replace lives, we're just grateful we're still alive."
Now, the community is focusing on re-building and repairing.
"It's overwhelming," says Godwin. "You don't know where to start, but we've got to start somewhere. Emergency officials say it could take months before we can live in our home again."
