Prichard Police are still looking for an accused killer. Jeremiah Lee has been one of their most wanted since last summer. But, police say he shot three people on Clara Avenue Saturday night. One of the victims died. Lee is wanted for murder. But, he was already a fugitive before this weekend. He was wanted for attempted murder and assault in connection with a shooting that happened last July on Elba Avenue. We talked exclusively with the sister of Saturday's murder victim. Arnella Freeman wants Lee caught and off the streets; she says no one should feel safe until that happens, "no body's safe. You know, and I think we as a community need to step it up and if anybody seen him, you know, I beg them to just call and let Prichard Police know so they can pick him up, get him off the streets, so everybody else will be safe. I don't want anybody else's family to have to go through what were having to go through. I don't want anybody else to have to bury their child like my mom's having to bury her son," said Freeman. Lee is considered armed and dangerous. If you see him, do not approach him. Instead, you should give Prichard Police a call at (251) 331-2363. Officers are following up on tips they are getting from the community. The other two victims from Saturday's shooting have not been identified. But, we are told both are expected to be ok.

I hate the fact that even if he did get convicted and sentence to death it will be 20 years before the actually do it.

He needs lethal injection!  I agree our justice system is failing.

This report should be ON THE FOREFRONT OF THE NEWS...not on the bottom of today’s stories--I do not care when it broke.  This dude is dangerous and running around with the rest of us who are trying to go about our day and make honest livings.  When are we going to stand up and say we are not going to take this anymore.  I do not know this family, nor do I live in their neighborhood, but I’m sick of people who think that they can attempt and/or succeed in taking lives with no retribution.  I bet he gets out on bond when he does get caught..like that guy who killed the three cyclists.  Our justice system is failing....repeat convicted drunk drivers, rapists, child predators, etc. are allowed to come back to society with those of us who are trying to make honest livings...doing our part for society..... That’ll teach em. yepper!  I know it’s more complicated than that, but ARGH!!! sorry for the rant....it’s really a beautiful day!
