Little Faith Stewart is looking forward to what Santa will bring her this year.
And thanks to members of the community Christmas came early for her family. Her mother Celena Sprinkle says she is thankful for all of the support. "I couldn't help the way that they've helped, the way that my family's helped, I mean everybody's come together to make sure that Faith gets the best of what she needs, "said Sprinkle.
Mitch Walters and Bill Laubenthal organized a fundraiser to help the toddler's family after seeing her story on NewsFive. Walters built a trailer and Laubenthal helped raffle it off. They raised almost 63-hundred dollars for the family. "Seeing the baby in that shape with her little halo it just it got to me and my wife. And we said that we were going to help," Said Walters.
The Stewart's say they will use it to buy a rehabilitation bike for Faith in January.
Faith's Grandmother says she has been updating Faith's condition on the website www.carepages.com. If you would like to check up on Faith you can visit the website and register for free.
