This Texas mother is charged with injury to a child, after her two-year-old son died while her bedridden sister was watching him.

Police say the woman signed an agreement with Child Protective Services promising not to leave her children home alone with their 800-pound aunt because she could not properly care for them.

That aunt is now charged with capital murder in the case. Authorities say she told them she fell on the child, but an autopsy shows the boy died from blows to the head.

If you aren’t smarter than a fifth grader, you should not post comments. Talk about stupid!
