A story out of St. Anthony, Idaho is sure to leave people angry, frustrated,
confused and even saddened. It involves a 10-year-old child who police say was
raped by an illegal immigrant and who just gave birth to a child.

The 10-year-old girl gave birth at Madison Memorial Hospital this past
weekend, making her one of the youngest children in the United States to
become a mother.

Police say 37-year-old Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, who is an illegal
immigrant, is behind bars in the Fremont County Jail on other rape charges.

The criminal complaint filed against Gutierrez-Juarez says the rape of the
girl happened between November and January.

As for the little girl and her little baby, not much information is known
other than they are doing well physically.

Other questions being raised are what happens to Gutierrez-Juarez? He could
spend the rest of his life in prison, receive a huge fine, or both. He could
also be placed on probation and deported.

So far, city, county and state officials are not commenting about this case.

I read about this last night online and it pissed me off so bad that I wanted to cry and I had to force myself to stop thinking about it. Then this morning I see it on here and I am so pissed off again I cant see straight!

This man will be dealt with… I hope if our screwed up government don’t deal with him....that big Bubba in jail will.

But my concern is for that poor, poor little 10 year old girl....
I have 3 daughters and the youngest is 13 and I look at her and ask what if that happened to my child? Not only is the trauma from the rape she suffered going to screw the rest of her life up....but bearing that bastards child?!?!?!?C’mon!
I am so against abortion but in this case....I think that the parents done more harm to that child by not taking care of something that this little girl did not ask for.

Are they going to make her quit school, get out get a job and raise it as her own too??!?!?!? WTF!?!?!?!?

OMG!!!

What most of us would like to happen to this animal called a man,and what will actually happen are two things very wide apart. If ,after the Mexican embassy has their say, he is convicted then there will be an expensive trial for the taxpayers and if found guilty he’ll be imprisoned for years at our expense,He’ll eat better, have better medical care, roof over his head and so on,and in a lot of cases better than some of the taxpayers footing the bill and for his part better probably than his former life. I’ve heard it called"Three hots and a cot” and probably for 20 years, even if he were given the death sentence which i doubt. After conviction, work out a deal with the Mexicans for him to remain in a Mexican prison for his sentence at our expense, probably for less than a 25% of what it would cost us.That way his punishment would be far worse than what we will ever be able to legally give him.

Well the Bible says an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth.  He took that childs childhood.  They should take the body part that caused all this and cut it off and choke him with it.  That would send a strong message and we would have less and less offenders.  Deport him, why, lets do it the American way he is disrespecting the statue of Liberty......Lessons learned and they don’t come cheap.....

Let the family of the girl take care of this piece of filth, with two x fours and baseball bats.  Justice served...problem solved.  Permanently.

This is someone who deserves a slow execution! How can we stand by and allow these things to happen to our children? Catch & release is not a viable solution for these henious crimes! Deportation? They might as well tell him he was naughty and send him on his way to do it again! I’m not usually an advocate for death, but you DON’T TOUCH KIDS!!!!!

I would like to know. Why is it that you can get LIFE in prison without the possibility of parole for selling (not saying that drug dealers shouldn’t be punished) drugs but for raping and getting a 10 year old pregnant you get a fine and deported then he can turn around and come back and rape someone esle child.

Don’t send him back to Mexico.  He’ll be back next week to do this all over again.  There are some reallly good arguments for the death penalty, and this is one of them.

Why would someone want to rape a 10 year old child?????  I really cannot for the life of me understand how someone can be that demented. Please don’t tell me that maybe he was abused as child so it made him this way.
