TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - University of Alabama students quicklysnapped up football tickets for the upcoming season.
Athletic department spokesman Doug Walker says the tickets sold
out within two hours and 20 minutes after becoming available
Tuesday.
The university makes 15,000 tickets available to students per
game, but more than 27-hundred are three- and four-game passes
reserved for incoming freshmen and transfers.
University spokeswoman Deborah Lane said there has been
"significantly fewer" complaints from students who were unable to
score tickets than last year.
She said the university has also established an online pool
where students can buy and sell tickets for specific games.

Actually, I attend the University and there were FAR MORE complaints this year. A lot of people had problems with the “virtual waiting room” and I had 4 friends text me with their credit card info to see if i get could order theirs b/c of them having problems and i was only able to do one and then i started having problems and this was only at 7:45; but I can say that there were and still are way more complaints this year.
