SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Think your office fridge smells bad?

Seven people in Northern California were sent to a hospital because of noxious fumes from the clean-up of a refrigerator full of rotten
food. Firefighters had to evacuate the AT&T building in downtown San Jose yesterday. The hazmat team was even called in.

Food had been crammed into an unplugged fridge, so one of the workers decided to clean it out. The combination of cleaning chemicals and
rotting lunches caused nearly 30 people to suffer vomiting and nausea.

But authorities say the woman who did the actually cleaning wasn't overcome. It seems she suffers from allergies and didn't
smell a thing.

My best friend lives in moss point & the water smells so bad I would always take a bath b4 I went. It is a yellowish brown color, slimy, & smells like God knows what. When I washed my hands I would about gag. it’s so nasty.

The City of Seven Smells is the smell of MONEY.

When we were kids and passing through Moss Point going to Pascagoula, we were start smelling something and say, “oh, daddy must be working today”. He worked at the paper mill and you mix the paper mill smell with the pogie plant and you have just something awful nasty smelling.  If you don’t get used to the smell or actually know where the smell is coming from, it can definitely make you want to lose your breakfast.  Usually stinks worse in the mornings to me.  As far as their water, I wouldn’t even want to take a bath in it much less drink any of it.  My sister and her husband had well water and you could smell the water coming out of the faucet. I can’t imagine the city water being much better.

I actually enjoyed the years I lived in Pascagoula.  Not the most scenic spot along the gulf coast, but I had some good times.  The smell of the pogie plants would get rough at times though.  Lay in the air so thick ya felt like you had to cut your way through it…

Hey hey hey…..Bamabob…leave Pascagoula alone…some good things come out of Pgoula…ummmm like me…lol

I have to go there about once a year for a shooting sports competition and it just doesn’t impress me. I have always been raised in Gulf Shores and Orange Beach and it just doesn’t compare in my book.

I lived in Goula for about 4 years.  I moved there after a year in Gautier.  Had to get away from the smell of their water!  LOL

LOL BamaBob that was cold…

Reminds me of that time I put some raw chicken in the fridge.  It got pushed to the back and forgotten for several days.  Whole house started to smell like Pascagoula!  LOL
