JERUSALEM (AP) - The start of an Israeli family's vacationsounds like the movie "Home Alone."
Israeli airport police say a couple and their five children were
late for a flight to Paris and were in a mad dash for the gate.
They remembered their duty-free shopping and their 18 suitcases,
but were one child short after take-off.
A three-year-old girl was found in the terminal at Ben Gurion
Airport near Tel Aviv, crying for her mother. According to Israeli
media, the parents didn't realize the girl was missing until they
were told, in the air, that she'd been found.
An airline staffer took the child to Paris on the next flight.

I agree LPJ! I see people doing stupid things like this all the time. Just the other day as I went to a clothing store a lady left what appeared to be about a 6 yr old and possibly a 2 yr old little girls in the car while she dashed in to do some shopping! It burns me up, bc as you said those are they types of folks that get on T.V. crying someone took there child! I was planning to call the police out there, but by the time it took them to get there the mother would have been gone. Many of times I’ve wanted to personally go off on them, but thats not my place to do! I don’t know why god blesses these people with precious children, because most of them are so careless..I have a 3 yr old son, one and only child and in no way could I ever forget about him or leave him in a car alone.
